Don't try and deny it by covering up or trying to stop the symptoms. If you have the flu your body activates certain reactions to help you combat it. Diarrhea is great! This is your bodies way of getting rid of the infection. This is a good reaction. The only thing here is if you get severe diarrhea make sure you are drinking lots of fluids with the HHA Colloidal Minerals added so you don't get dehydrated and mineral depleted. Fever is a good reaction too. Your body is heating up to combat the invading viral or infection. Keep a thermometer in the house at all times. Get in the practice of taking temperatures. If the temperature is under 100 then let it be. If it starts moving over 100 then you need to take some aspirin. Never let the body temperature go really high. Very high fevers especially in children can cause permanent brain damage. Monitor temperature every two hours. Put the person in a cool bath until the temperature stabilizes under 100.

BREAK A FEVER - NATURALLY

This can be used if you have been running a fever for a few days and it won't break. Put 3 tablespoons of powdered Ginger Root in 2 cups of water, bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes. Now run a warm to hot bath and add the ginger and the water. Do not strain it. Sit in the bath for 10 minutes and then wrap yourself up like a mummy in a clean sheet and get under the covers and go to sleep. You will likely wake up soaked, but this is the fever breaking.
